Are these programs made for beginners? Yes! Our programs are designed to be easy to follow and suitable for all levels including beginners. We have a very down-to-earth, simple approach and want everyone to easily access this life changing work!
Are these programs good for those working through trauma? Yes! The Sacred Spiral Program is especially tailored to those working on re-patterning trauma and includes trauma informed practices.
How long are the lessons? The Sacred Spiral Program has short videos of 3-15 minute lectures and practices and a full sacred sexuality healing ritual at the end (1 hr guided journey) The Tantra Challenge for couples program lessons are about 20 min each and then there are 1 hour guided touch and intimacy journeys each week for your 'Tantric Date Nights"
