Hi, I'm Aeriel
I'm a sacred sex and intimacy coach who helps people tap into their massive potential to heal and transform through pleasure and creative power reclamation.
Back in my 20s sacred intimacy and sexuality changed my life forever. I was struggling on every front- health, finances, relationships and I was lost in a sea of trauma.

While a number of holistic health approaches gave some support, sacred sexuality was the only modality that got to the core of my root issues and unlocked my joy, energy and passion for life.
I started working as an intimacy coach in in 2011 and since then I have helped hundreds of clients to expand their pleasure potential and unlock deeper intimacy and healing.

The Sacred Spiral Journey- Four steps to Activate your sacred sexual self
Embody
Embodiment- is a journey into being, regulating, and landing in presence. This is the gateway to every other aspect of the work. It is the foundation.

This level is all about learning to inhabit yourself and prepare your body temple for the flow of your sacred life force energy and sacred sexual activation. We cover somatic and poly vagal approaches and some beginner tantric theory.
​
You will learn to deeply land in your body, work with your organic healing mechanisms, achieve a calm and balanced mind and begin to understand what sacred sexuality is all about.

What to expect for this level- Coaching with lessons and practices focused on breath work, movement, meditation practices and some self-inquiry work to give you the right foundation for your sacred sexual journey.

Activate
In this level we can begin a relationship with the sexual energy and reclaim it as a healing force. We open the pathways of holistic sexuality and mystic understanding of the self.
​
This level is about energy flow and beginning to channel the divine spark. We cover more advanced meditative practices, and awakening techniques for the sexual energy. We are beginning to move life force energy up through the body and practising directing the energy. The body work session is focused on assisting the client to awaken and move energy through the entire body.

What to expect for this level- Coaching with lessons and practices focused on sensual body activation, channelling sexual energy and how to balance awakening and grounding.
Level Up- One bodywork session- 2 hr Awakening Touch Session. This will focus on helping open the body, remove blockages and work with full body sensory awakening touch.
Awaken
This level is a deep dive into harnessing the erotic life force energy and embracing it as a direct channel back to source.

This level explores ritual sexual practices and reclamation of the erotic as divine. Here you learn new ways to approach your eros and connect it to the heart.

What to expect for this level- Coaching lessons and practices focused on a ritual approach to pleasure, how to use pleasure for manifestation, re-patterning eros to connect to the heart, building waves of pleasure up through the body. Deepening pleasure with movement and sound.

Alchemize
This final step offers a dive into deep integration of the sacred sexual energy and a journey of learning to work with this throughout your life and in your relationships. This is the path of Alchemy. We will look at your specific goals for healing and relating and learn how to use the new skills you have gained to make powerful shits in your life and relationships.
