I'm a sacred intimacy and sexuality coach.
15 years ago when I was struggling through a health crisis and trying to overcome sexual trauma and a bad break up I had an incredible experience when I found Tantric Yoga and Sacred Intimacy Practices.
I started being able to release energy blocks. It was a dramatic shift of catharsis and finally being able to move pain and trauma.
I was able to tap into my life force energy and come back into my body.
A new connection to my sensuality and sexuality was born and I started to see myself, love myself and accept all parts of myself in radically compassionate and ecstatic ways.
A deep intuition and connection to my true self was ignited.
And alongside all of that I finally began to experience magical, life changing intimacy that blew my heart wide open and took pleasure to a whole new dimension.
Hi, I'm Aeriel Colleen!
I was truly reborn through finding this path of sacred intimacy and sexuality.
It changed the way I understood myself my life, my relationships and the world around me.
There was a lot of heartache, pain and grief I had to face, but once I found this path I realized even all that pain was purposeful and helped me to love more deeply and experience more pleasure and beauty in my life.
Since that incredible time in my life I've been dedicated to helping others discover:

It's just as wonderful helping others to heal and discover
the power and magic of this path as it was for me diving
into all of it for the first time. I truly love what I do.
Over the past 15 years I've worked with hundreds of clients
one-one. I've developed simple down to earth exercises to
help all types of people from yogis to mechanics, actors,
accountants, busy parents, and seniors learn how to drop into their
bodies, channel their life force and open their hearts.
I've worked with a wide range of groups and have created sacred
spaces for people to connect, heal and transform together to
bring more love, acceptance and awareness into our world and
foster conscious connection and community.
I've trained and mentored practitioners to help make more of this
powerful work available to more people and grow this movement
of sacred sexuality. I believe it will help heal and change our world
for the better.
I'm currently in a very sweet chapter of life with a new little baby and not offering any in person work. But I do have a network of practitioners in the GTA, Niagara and Vancouver and am always happy to help clients get connected to someone who can guide them,
